What We Do

AM Preparatory School enables young individuals to curiously explore and fall in love with learning. AM Prep School offers a holistic approach to education with a rich academic program right at its core. Our program mimics a Kindergarten school day, taught by qualified teachers. AM Prep students engage in the Early Stage 1 Syllabus (Kindergarten Syllabus) with the introduction to Numeracy, Literacy, Art and Physical Education. Our program sees its students take their first steps into formal education, preparing them for school with a solid foundation. AM Prep school opens its doors to children aged 3-5 years of age. We are now accepting students enrolling into Kindergarten 2026/2027.

AM (Prep School) offer two program options:

3.5-Hour Program - Half Day (Tuesday - Friday)

Literacy & Numeracy

Recess & Lunch Break

5-Hour Program- Full Day (Tuesday - Friday)

Literacy, Numeracy, Physical Education & Art.

Recess, Lunch & Crunch and Sip Break

In 2025, AM Prep School operates 4 days a week (Tuesday - Friday).

Term 1: 10 Weeks

Term 2: 10 Weeks

Term 3: 10 Weeks

Term 4: 8 Weeks

AM Preparatory School delivers quality education through explicit teaching, going above traditional rote learning to provide lessons that are teacher-directed, purposeful, and thoughtful within The Early Stage 1 Syllabus. AM Prep school focuses on intentional teaching strategies such as modelling, demonstration, open questioning, inquiring, explaining, and engaging in shared thinking and problem-solving to ensure that children are proactive participants in their learning journey. AM Prep School teaches students to understand classroom etiquette, build positive relationships, develop student self-regulation, and develop the cognitive skills required for a smooth transition into Primary School.
